Twenty five years ago I was a ‘stay at home’ mom and my youngest child had just started kindergarten.
I decided to get a part time job and that soon turned into full time as I started learning the insurance

industry. I found that I liked what I was learning but more importantly, I found that I really enjoyed meeting
people and being able to help them. Insurance is one of those things that ‘you have to have but not sure

you understand what you have and why’. I enjoy helping folks understand the ‘what and whys’ and to do
my best I am constantly learning. I recently earned my LUTCF designation of which I am very proud!

Eight years ago I joined Florida Farm Bureau insurance as an Agent with the support of my family and

friends. Jimmy, my husband of 43 years, and I have 3 grown children and 3 grandchildren and another
grandson due in June. We enjoy spending time with our family and friends; have many cookouts and lots

of laughs! My grandson Joey loves to come to Grandma’s house to help make cookies and work in my

garden! And of course be spoiled by his grandparents!

When I’m not involved in work or family I enjoy working in my garden, traveling, some volunteer work,
cooking, bible study with my dear friends and occasionally I fit in a good novel.
