Grady Goat Yoga Tampa Bay

Every Saturday from 9-11 a.m. Grady Goat Farm hosts a fun and relaxing yoga class featuring their famous goats. Tickets are $43.45 for each attendee. This event benefits Project G.O.A.T. (Global Offensive Against Trafficking), a charity that works to protect children. Grady Goat Farm is located at 12551 Franklin Rd. in Thonotosassa. Downtown Lakeland Farmers Curb Market

This vibrant, eclectic market brings the community together every Saturday in downtown Lakeland with fresh, local produce, live plants, and a variety of hot foods and handcrafted wares. It is located on the 200 block of N. Kentucky Ave in Lakeland from 8 a.m.–2 p.m. every Saturday and is a production of the Lakeland Downtown Development Authority (LDDA). Saturday Night Rodeo

This fun, family-friendly rodeo takes place every Saturday through the end of November from 7:30–9:30 p.m. at Westgate River Ranch Resort & Rodeo, located at 3200 River Ranch Blvd. in River Ranch. Enjoy the antics of cowpokes and bronco busters as they show off their skills trick riding, bull riding, calf roping, barrel racing, and more. Kids are invited into the rodeo arena toward the end of the night to participate in a real “calf scramble.” Tickets for owners are as follows: Adults $29.95, Children $19.95. Fruit Fest @ Bok Tower

Immerse your senses in a fun fruitful day at Bok Tower. The day begins with lectures from leading horticulturalists and continues with fruit tastings and gourmet dishes where fruit is the star of the show! Admission is free for members, $20 for non-member adults, $10 kids (ages 6-17), and kids 5 and younger are free. 35th Annual Caladium Festival

For the 35th year, the Caladium Festival and annual car/bike show come to Lake Placid – the Caladium capital of the world – for a weekend full of beauty and fun. The festival will feature arts and crafts, vendors, and an art contest. Friday and Saturday’s festival hours are from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Sunday is 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Festival is located at 113 E. Interlake Blvd. in Lake Placid.

Summer Naturalist Series: Mycology

Part of the Summer Naturalist series at Bonnet Springs Park, this workshop will focus on mushrooms/fungi. Take a trip down to the GiveWell Community Foundation Nature Center, from 9 to 11 a.m. Create your own mushroom prints, practice mushroom identification, and observe the relationships between fungi and wildlife up close! Walk along the Monarch Trail and discover the mushrooms and fungi that call BSP home! All mushroom and fungi specimens are safe for human interaction. This event is free and all ages are welcome, with adult supervision. Bonnet Springs Park is located at 400 Bonnet Springs Boulevard in Lakeland.

10 Plants, 10 Butterflies: Simple Ways to Attract Butterflies to Your Yard

UF/IFAS Extension Polk County and the City of Lakeland Library present a fun and informative workshop on the plants that 10 different types of butterflies love, that you can plant and use to attract butterflies in your Florida yard. 2026 Wawa Summer Fun Day @ Bok Tower Gardens

The Wawa Summer Fun Days have returned! Digging into Soil @ Bok Tower Gardens

A hands-on workshop where participants get to get their hands dirty … literally … and sift through the three main types of soil here in Florida: sand, silt, and clay. From 10 to 11:30 a.m., this course is designed for adult learners but all are welcome, no prior experience necessary. Cost is only $5 for members and $25 for non-members, which includes admission to the gardens. Participants can also create their own soil sample to take home and use in their own yard.

Seeds to Harvest: Starting the Fall Garden

Learn how to kick-off your fall garden with tips from expert gardeners, from choosing the proper seeds to collecting your harvest later on in the season. Cost is $25 for ages 5 and older. Held at 1314 East Wabash Street in Bartow from 9:30 to 11 a.m.
